CACE, short for China Association of Communication Enterprises, is established in early 2005. This association has promoted the IT management reform, strengthened IT service level, and exalted integrative operation ability by establishing communication and co-operation between communication enterprises and IT service manufacturer.

  Novots was the first membership of CACE and has made great effort to help CACE to induct mature IT service management mode and conception into Communication industry. In Jan. 2008, Novots was successively selected to be membership of CACE after the strict verification by COMC, Communications Network Operation & Maintenance Committee. In the development and progress from basic network outsourcing to IT operation and maintenance service, Novots has made positive influence and great contribution in this field.
