Novots became the successful bid winner of a famous Chinese automaker’s IT outsourcing project. This automaker is our second customer in automobile industry. We believe that Novots’s IT service ability in automotive industry will enter a new era through servicing this famous Chinese automaker.
    Four tenderers were invited by the automaker, but why did Novots win the bid finally? With this problem, we interviewed Mr. Zheng (Manager of Novots), who took charge of the bid. He said there were several aspects. Firstly, our customer realized that modern market competition was information competition, and only the competitor with high-quality IT operation ability could win a foothold in information competition. For non-IT enterprises, their own IT technology and IT management theory were by no means comparable with other   professional IT operation enterprises and the best solution was to cooperate with a professional IT operation enterprise. Secondly, Novots was highly regarded in IT outsourcing industry. Lastly, the objective evaluation (including delivery capability, quality assurance, staff stability, service coverage, and experience in similar industries) indicated that Novots had obvious advantages compared with the other three tenderers. .
   At the end of the interview, Mr. Zheng confidently told us “Undoubtedly, our professional IT service will help our customer expand their business”, and “a further cooperation is intended by both sides in the near future”.
