Recently, Novots was awarded ISO20000 System Certification by International Standardization Association as the only representative of Chinese IT outsourcing industry which obtained both ISO20000 and ISO27001 certificates. ISO20000 Standard based on ITIL was formally released by the International Standards Association in December 2005. More than 300 companies and organizations had passed ISO20000 Certification by 2009, about 40 companies from China. So far ISO Standard has been the first and the only universal international standard about IT service management in the world. ISO20000 System Certificate has also been widely recognized by the world since it was implemented by UK in 2005. And most of countries call it “Golden Standard” and adopt it to evaluate IT service management quality.
