Recently, NOVOTS obtained the Advanced High-tech Enterprise Certificate, which was awarded by the Beijing Science & Technology Committee, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, Beijing Municipal State Revenue, and the Beijing Local Tax Bureau. This certificate was valid for three years since awarded.
    This time, the audit and the requirements were more rigorous. There are many enterprises – which were the Advanced High-tech Enterprises – have not got the certificate. It is no matter that Enterprises play the most important role in developing high-tech community, realizing industrialization, and bringing the fast growth of national economy.
    Advanced High-tech Enterprises are such enterprises which engage Research & Developing, Producing & Selling, and Service & Consulting, are skilled in technological innovation, and have their own intellectual property rights in some extent.
    From the statistics data of official department, until now, there are only several enterprises awarded the certificates. NOVOTS obtained the qualification as early as in 2005. Again obtaining showed that NOVOTS with the mission of “Focus on IT Service, Fulfill Our Clients’ Requirement” achieved remarkable success in team building, service system building, and setting service brand in the last three years.
