NOVOTS Deployed IT Helpdesk Consulting Project for A Large Group Successfully!

    NOVOTS singed an IT Helpdesk Consulting Project contract with a large Group in Mar. 2009. NOVOTS Consulting Center carried out this project successfully.
   The project contains 2 phases - investigation and specific deployment. During the investigation phase, NOVOTS Consulting Center sent its consulting team to be working onsite in client’s office. The team coordinated with client IT department to study their IT service procedures and strategic planning, and strictly investigated their service supporting software system and the Call Center in order to gathering information regarding to the client current IT service level. During the specific deploying phases, NOVOTS arranged a training program to sharing the experience in IT service management and coordinated IT service management process based on ITTL/ISO20000.
    In the same time, the consulting team designed a long-term developing program for client’s IT service management and issued a detailed consulting report. From NOVOTS support and management services the client gained huge commercial benefits. NOVOTS’ best industry practice and services helped the client to increase operation efficiency, improve IT service management process, assure the continuity and usability of IT service and balance between IT service performance and cost controlling.
