The winner list of “Top 50 Outsourcing Service Providers 2009” was released on March 8th, 2010. Novots wins the award for 3 consecutive years, as the only representative in IT Infrastructure Outsourcing Services of China.
     The award affair of “Top 50 Outsourcing Service Providers in China” was constituted by Chinasourcing in 2007, and the result announcement is through Internet on March 8th annually. As a unique award which opens the nomination to the whole service outsourcing industry, “Top50” has been the most credible competition in Chinese service outsourcing industry, with the rapid expanding of brand influence. Moreover, it has been one of the most important references to customers seeking outsourcing providers, governments attracting investment, as well as enterprises choosing strategic cooperation partners.
     Comparing with the previous two competitions, the field of nominations is wider and the evaluation system is more consummate in “Top50” 2009. 1208 excellent outsourcing enterprises entered for the competition in this year, covering 12 outsourcing service categories. The “rigid-flexible” principle was adopted in new evaluation system. The “rigid” criteria mainly focus on the business scale, revenue/profit, and qualifications. The “flexible” criteria mainly based on the vision of growth, management, brand, and client range. Ultimately, by the original “ISO20000 Company-Projects Service Management System” and outstanding performance in client range and qualifications, Novots was awarded Rank 34 in “Top50” 2009, and is the only winner in IT infrastructure outsourcing service field in the third consecutive year.
