Beijing, China (June 27) – Participating in the “International Green IT Service Cooperation Forum & 2010 China-Europe CIO Summit” at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, Novots Technologies Limited (Novots) were awarded “The Best Green IT Service Contribution Award” for 2009. The event, an opportunity to exchange information and ideas about the green IT and outsourcing industry was supported by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of PR. China, sponsored by CCID group, organized by Great-Idea Business Resources LTD and China Economy and Information magazine.

    The award is given by the expert committee of the forum through the recommendations, case study and vote online. The committee makes an appraisal of enterprises and individuals and assesses their contribution to environmental protection qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results, the awards go to different economic sectors in terms of Green IT applications, Green IT services, Green IT solutions and Green IT outsourcings. The winning of the awards is a further illustration of Novots’ value and standing among the IT services industry. Novots will insist on advocating Green IT service and promoting the harmonious relationship between economy and environment, to deliver clients high-quality Green IT outsourcing services.

    Several officials from MIIT participated in the forum, which was attended by more than 40 chief information officers (CIO) and business leaders from major enterprises in the world. The event was a chance to enhance the bilateral relationship between Chinese local companies and companies from Europe and the United States and to provide an important platform for Chinese outsourcing companies to exchange with their counterparts in other parts of the world.
