“Top 50 Outsourcing Service Providers” selection is the only one which is just for service outsourcing industry in China. The result is published every March on China Outsourcing Websites（www.chnsourcing.com.cn）(www.chnsourcing.com）.

    In 2007, Novots was awarded “TOP 50 Outsourcing Service Providers in China 2007” because of its excellent performance. In 2008, Novots began deploying ISO20000 management system to improve service outsourcing quality, and became the IT service provider to BOC (Beijing Olympic Committee), NBC (National Broadcast Company), Kodak, Lenovo, etc. and successfully provided on-site IT service throughout Olympic Games. Because of these successes, Novots was awarded “TOP 50 Outsourcing Service Providers in China 2008” again. Novots was also the only one awarded the certificate among all the enterprises just focusing on IT Infrastructure Service in China.

    2008Top50 selection began in November 2008. There were more than 1100 enterprises at home and aboard which took this selection. Finally, there were 637 enterprises which were selected as the candidates. The selection experienced enterprise investigating, qualification checking, expert evaluation etc. phases. At the end, the expert evaluated 50 enterprises awarded 2008Top50 certificate based on enterprise scale, managerial skill, outsourcing revenue, enterprise efficiency, qualification authentication, industry evaluation and competition. Compared with 2007Top50, more enterprises took the 2008Top50 selection. And in the 2008Top50 selection, besides of traditional ITO and BPO, there were also FAO (Finance outsourcing), KPO (knowledge process outsourcing), HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing), SDO (Software Developing Outsourcing) and SCO (Supply Chain Outsourcing). The enterprises of 2008Top50 are the best quality representative of the Chinese service outsourcing industry.
