BASS, short for Beijing Association of Sourcing Service, is formally established on November 29th, 2007 with the approval of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. In the basis of the original Zhong Guancun Software Enterprises Export Alliance, BASS was sponsored by more than forty sourcing service enterprises in the field of information technology, pharmaceutical research, finance and insurance, etc.
As the sponsor representative of Beijing IT sourcing service enterprises, Novots has participated in the entire preparation of BASS. In Dec. 2007, Novots was selected to be the first membership of BASS.

  Beijing sourcing service enterprises start early and keep ahead in China. In 2006, Beijing service trade took 24% proportion in country’s total export trade. Beijing IT outsourcing income reached more than 150000000 US dollars.
